CUITe-BrowserWindow not CLS-compliant

I downloaded and installed v. 1.05, created a new test project and referenced the CUITe.dll. I recorded a small script, copied and pasted the script (using the VB version) into a Coded UI Test shell. I am using VS 2013.

Immediately VS gives me an error message stating "[testname] is not CLS-compliant because it derives from CUITe_BrowserWindow which is not CLS-compliant."

The problem may be the underscore between CUITe and BrowserWindow (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/k5645wwb.aspx) but I see no way to change that.
