Getting all cells in a column

Feb 20, 2014 at 5:53 PM
Hi,

I have a HTML table. I wish to get the innertext of all the cells in a particular column (index = 3). I need to match the innertext of all the cells to a known string and clikc on the first matching cell.

I am not sure, how to do this. Please help... :)

Thanks,
Kay

If you don't care about the values in the rows that do not match something like this should get you started.
            var sExpectedResult = "Search Result"
            var uiSearchResults = new CUITe_HtmlTable("Id=search-results-table");

            var row = uiSearchResults.FindRow(2, sExpectedResult , CUITe_HtmlTableSearchOptions.Normal);

            uiSearchResults.FindCellAndClick(row, 2);
I have not tested this & am not sure what would happen in case you had more than 1 matching Result.
