Hi All,

Is StringAssert methods supported in CUITe ?
I am getting errors while executing StringAssert.Contains() in my project. If there is any workaround for StringAssert.Contains(), please let me know.

I am using CUITe 1.0.6 Beta with Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate for Automated Functional Testing.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, avinashonline.

I have not used StringAssert.Contains() before.

The documentation here indicates that you'll need to:
  1. Add a reference to Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.UnitTestFramework (in Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.UnitTestFramework.dll) within your test project.
  2. Add "using Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UnitTesting;" at the top of your test code file.
After that you should be able to call StringAssert.Contains().

If not, please indicate the complete error message(s) and provide your code.

Thank you.
