How to define the position of the click with FindCellAndClick

May 24, 2012 at 3:59 PM

Hello,

I have a little problem with Cuite functionnality, I have a table with few clickable control in cells.

When i use the FindCellAndClick, the click is on the left of the cell and don't opened the expected page because link is on a Span in the specific cell.

Is there a possibility to solve these problem with Cuite?

Can you call CUITe_BrowserWindow.GetHtmlCell(...) directly?  In this way, you will be able to call Get<CUITe_HtmlHyperlink>(...) on the CUITe_HtmlCell for example.

Otherwise, CUITe_HtmlTable will need to be updated to expose GetCell(...) as public and return a CUITe_HtmlCell instance.

I created a work item here:

Thank you.

I can't call directly  CUITe_BrowserWindow.GetHtmlCell.

Expose getCell  method will be really convenient.

Thank you for the new item.

I don't know if it's possible, but another possibility (compatibility with existing code) coulb be to add a optional parameter to FindCellAndClick to define the position of the click.

For exemple, left, right or middle  with the default value middle for tthe method.
